Here's a quiz I prepared three years ago.

  1. Dennis : C :: Bjarne : ?
  2. sa : C :: pa : ?
  3. 6 : C :: 53 : ?
  4. 100 : C :: 500 : ?
  5. 50 : C :: 122 : ?

Hint: The meaning of C is completely different in all the questions.

Update 1: Now that the quiz has been cracked, here are the answers from the comments section arranged neatly.

  1. Dennis : C :: Bjarne : C++
    (Dennis Ritchie created C and Bjarne Stroustrup created C++.)
  2. sa : C :: pa : G
    (The western equivalent of the musical notes sa, re, ga, ma, pa, dha, ni, sa are C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C.)
  3. 6 : C :: 53 : I
    (6 is the atomic number of Carbon and 53 is the atomic number of Iodine.)
  4. 100 : C :: 500: D
    (In Roman numerals 100 is represented as C and 500 is represented as D.)
  5. 50 : C :: 122 : F
    Farenheit = Centigrade × 1.8 + 32

Update 2: A similar quiz by Prasanna mentioned in the comments section has been cracked.

  1. 195 : C :: 209 : J
    (EBCDIC)
  2. Bohai : C :: Oolong : T
    (Bohai sea; Oolong tea)

2. I believe something to do with music. I know 'sa' and 'pa' mean something in music and have heard of c-minor. But thats one limitation I have, no knowledge of music.
